Numerous emails daily, same people over and over again. I can understand going out of age range but I am pretty strict about gender. Also got renewed today, a heads-up about that would have been nice since I had intended to end my membership. That’s 120 dollars down the drain.

The worst experience I had. Automatized program for unannounced reason blocks your profile, people you interacted with receive the letter of “investigation”. Nobody helps you restoring your reputation, while the support team sends letters that are signed by Indian comedian… Indecent. Unacceptable.

Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Stay away from this site!
I would not recommend this site. I signed up for 3 months. Matches were often from way too distant locations and the suggestions did not correspond to my criteria. When I attempted to cancel my subscription before my renewal date I was informed I could not! Still awaiting resolution for this. Stay away from this site!

I wanted to try this site to see if it was any better than other platforms , However its no different to any free dating sites. I made contact to cancel my subscription after what I believed was a month subscription However was told I had an ongoing subscription 36 months. I then told them I didn’t want the subscription and so called customer service said your subscription is for 36 months if you cancel you still have to pay the subscription cost so pretty much bad luck ! So after trying the site which is beyond ordinary I also get charged $19.95 per month for Absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting that they are able to trick people into subscriptions and then say bad luck when the customer realises and tries to cancel subscription. DO NOT USE this site !!!!!!!!

I found it a quite boring site, no one talks/chats at all plus repeated profile’s over & over again, took out a 3 months subscription after a week ask for my money back which they did promptly I might add, I get messages now someone asking a question, but when you look it’s a standard generated computer question on there behalf to get you ‘chatting’ so your replying to someone who is not interested in the first place & think your odd, fell for it once & they ask for payment to read them, what a shameful scam , don’t play on someone’s heart in finding that special person, yes you need funding for your site, but do it the correct way by making a site work for people looking like me not this old nonsense..

From my perspective, I found this website to have some pretty ladies that “seemed” real, but a lot of fake profiles, out-of-date pictures, pictures that didn’t look like the person in the profile, and scam artists needing money for one reason or another. Some were very creative in their requests. Others had a complicated story before asking for money. While this site staff tries to verify users and profiles, they have missed the boat on a number of levels. Messaging is tied to having a subscription to hook you in. I also noted profiles from women going back 2-3 years being passed off a being “current”. I do not recommend this dating site.

It’s a complete money rip off
Joined because it was supposedly in the top ten dating sites. 99% are fake profiles. Immediately get lots of likes, all from Sydney, no where near me. The matches & likes you get are all handsome guys that are never found in the search. All widows or widowers that still want kids! I was looking in the over 50’s-60’s range. The ones that do make contact immediately want you to go off site to WhatsApp or similar. It’s a complete money rip off & should be shut down. I cancelled my membership within two weeks. One thing I have learnt is to read the reviews beforehand, I would never have joined up.

What a waste
This site was recommended to me, what a waste. I had to pay to do anything useful only to get random matches to people not even in the same state. Then if I wanted to guarantee to talk to people I had to pay even more, which I did not. I left this feedback and received no response. Chat function often has delays which caused miscommunication.

Lots of fake profiles. You can search the glossy photographs via Google and see that the picture was downloaded. I’ve been reporting them and then blocking them. If it’s THAT obvious to me then I’m not sure how these get approved. It’s a scammers paradise. I paid for 6 months and won’t be renewing. Waste of money and more importantly a waste of time.

Okcupid have crappy service
I’ve used this site for nearly 4 years. I haven’t had a lot of luck here but that’s not really my issue. My issue is how they were indiscriminate against a photo that I was pretty sure was aligned with their terms of service. This is the same one I’ve used on other sites with better results without much hassle. When I asked and complained about it they refused to reply. They’ve had worse pictures on that stupid site and a ton of them are ten times more offensive than a goofy picture of me. Sorry not only do you have crappy dates you also have crappy service.
